Mr. Poe's law practice includes counseling local and regional businesses on corporate and entrepreneurial matters, estate work in probate and bankruptcy, and trial work in the areas of business, commercial and consumer disputes. 

James seeks to modernize the legal industry by focusing on transparency with each client, building personal relationships, working with purpose-driven business models, assisting clients and their families with asset and financial management, and securing justice from the Courts for legitimate business disputes, as well as on behalf the poor and oppressed. 

James recently obtained a jury verdict in a constructive fraud litigation case that was featured in the Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2016.
